Due to the weight of the container, Labelle Waste Systems cannot and will not be responsible or liable for the damage to the surface that the container is placed on – please make the decision of where you want your dumpster with this information in mind. You will agree to load the container level to the sides and not over load by loading over the edges. Anything above the edges will need to be removed manually and a charge will be added for this service – $35 being the minimum, depending on the amount of items and the time taken to unload enough items to make the load even with the sides.
The customer is responsible for the indemnifying Labelle Waste Systems for any excess damage to our containers while in your care.
